Steven Devine - Harpsichord & Clavichord
Steven Devine is one of the world’s leading early music specialists celebrated as a soloist and director: praised in The Gramophone for his “fantastic touch and élan.” In the wonderfully intimate and evocative setting of All Saints’ Church, he performs works by J S Bach alongside music by his sons Wilhelm Friedemann, Johann Christian and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach and traces their influence.

Trio Concept are YCAT prize-winning artists and have just been chosen as ECHO Rising Stars for 2025-2026 - a very prestigious award, so we’re delighted they are able to perform a concert with us! They are absolutely thrilled to be coming to Tudeley as they originally named their Trio in admiration of Chagall.

Steven Devine - Harpsichord
Steven Devine - one of Europe's foremost harpsichordists - performs Bach's iconic Goldberg Variations. Composed in 1741, they are a cornerstone of the repertoire - beginning and ending with an Aria which forms the basis for a dazzling set of 30 variations that display remarkable invention and emotional range.
