All Saints, Tudeley provides an attractive,
intimate venue for concerts with a fine acoustic, which is well suited
for choral and chamber music. The adjoining Dr Arnold Cooke Hall
provides toilets and refreshment facilities; it can also be used as
a recording studio (professional multi-core audio cable is installed
between church and hall).
The Tudeley Festival
was originally established in 1985, to raise funds to install a new
organ at All Saints and for other good causes. It has maintained a high standard ever since, specialising in authentic period performance. Please visit their website for details of the
programme.
Enquiries from other musicians wishing to perform or record
at All Saints should be made to Patricia
Dunkin Wedd. An audience of up to approximately 100 people can be
accommodated. There is a modern pipe organ (single manual plus
pedals), as well as a grand piano. The Tudeley Festival also have an
harpsichord, a fortepiano and a portable chamber organ, which may be available for hire.
